A summary of the Key Stage 2 tests that Year 6 pupils will take in England in May 2018.
On Monday 6th November, Year 6 children attended a 'Pop Up Prayer' day at St John's Parish Church. The day gave children a chance to learn more about some of the core values and reflect on how they can use these in their lives. The sessions were led by members of the Ethos Councils from St Michael's, St Philip's and St George's, Atherton who did a great job planning and delivering their ideas and messages. Well done to all the Year 6 children who participated superbly throughout the morning and made a range of thoughtful contributions.
Many thanks to Rev. Reg for opening and closing the day too.
Welcome to Year 6!
We are looking forward to a busy and exciting year with lots of challenges ahead of us. Year 6 is extremely hard work with lots of high expectations; however, we will also have lots of fun which will make it a memorable last year at St Michael’s.
